The family that computes together, stays together
I replaced my old oak desk and the second, smaller desk in my office with two, sleek, new Galant desks from IKEA. I couldn’t be happier with them. 28 square feet of beautiful space. Enough room for the whole family to share without bumping elbows.
Here’s the configuration I bought:
2 Galant 63"x32" table tops with frames 3 “T” legs 1 Extension kit (to connect the two frames)
The tables are connected side-by-side with the extension kit so I now have a 126"x32" desk that spans an entire wall of my office. Bliss! It went together in about 90 minutes. It would have been slightly faster if The Boy hadn’t disappeared one of the wrenches.
“Cheap but good” pretty much sums up how I feel about IKEA.
