Farmer's market + White Noise (the movie)
We dropped the kids off at grandma’s yesterday and my lovely and talented wife took me to a movie. We saw White Noise. It’s the kind of gore-less horror movie that gets less scary as it moves along rather than more scary and uses all the usual tricks to elicit squeals from the teenaged girls in the audience. It’s not bad, though, and Bat– uh, Michael Keaton did a fine job.
There was a farmer’s market/craft fair in the street when we came out. I felt slightly odd (guilty?) when we walked past a booth with (I’m sure) a very nice lady selling fresh vegetables and waving broccoli at passers-by while I was popping M&M’s into my mouth. I tried not to make eye contact.
I love M&M’s.
