The kids have taken to sleeping on the floor in their bedroom — “camping out” — the last few nights. They put down a comforter for padding, then blankets to keep warm. It’s quite cute.

Except that it must not be very comfortable because they keep coming into our bed in the middle of the night. I’m awake right now because The Girl, in her sleep, turned sideways in my bed and kicked me in the head.

There will be no camping tonight.
