So, I’ve been blogging since around 2003. What started out as a collection of random musings slowly mutated into stories about my family and being a father and husband. Lately, that’s been periodically interrupted by seemingly random business and technology posts which I thought I could incorporate but which I’ve come to feel are simply out of place here. I’d like to get flagrantdisregard.com back to its roots, as it were. So, to do that, naturally I needed to create a new blog for the business and techy stuff I do.

If you like the tales of my slow drift into the abyssparenting stories and personal stuff I write about, stick here. There’s more coming and it will be less cluttered by the tech stuff which I’m moving to my business blog at watson-net.com. I’ve got so much stuff going on that I formed an LLC (cleverly, “John Watson, LLC”) earlier this year to cover all of my various business dealings including my contracting business, BigHugeLabs.com, Photodoto.com, etc. (Check out my portfolio for all the stuff I’m involved in.) So posts about all of that stuff will be over there. If you like those posts I hope you’ll subscribe to that blog (and tell your friends and business partners about me whenever you hear they need a web developer.)
