A couple of the older neighborhood boys were practicing their authority over one of the younger neighborhood boys today by keeping him off of their new skate ramp. One of them said that the younger boy couldn’t use it because the label on the ramp stated it was for children “8 years and up” and had a maximum load of “80 lubs.”
