Wife: Is it depressing?
Me: Well, sort of. That’s why I’m running it by you. And it’ll probably make you angry.
Wife: Ok. Here’s the thing, I watch movies to be entertained. I don’t want to be depressed or angry.
Me: What are you watching now?
Wife: Jane Eyre.
Me: I don’t think that word “entertained” means what you think it means.
