Just wondering if when you put a whole picture on the page – (enlarged)….well, does it come out blurry?
Everyone time I pick a picture on Shutterfly to take up the whole page – I zoom in and it looks blurry.. Will it be blurry in the final product? I need some advice!

I love using Shutterfly so far – but haven’t purchased anything yet!

I just got my shutterfly photobook.. ( i chose the wedding one)…and I really liked it. Very pleased! Think it was affordable, easy to use and it arrived in good time. My only complaint…you can’t review your text…so I had one typo.. (pout)

I recently used shutterfly.com and simply love it!!! The quality is great and the customer service is even better. My first order was for 2 photbooks and shortly after placing the order they sent me a code for a free 8 x 8 memory photobook. Also I had a small problem on my first order that was actually my fault and they offered to reprint the book at no charge.

OK. I appreciate all the comments as they have helped me decide definitely NOT to use mypublisher. First off, as I also learned from other forums, their software obviously has problems. Secondly, I am completely done with companies who do not value the customer. Without us, they are nothing and no one should put up with nor support a company that does not understand this basic principle. Say “no” to poor customer service and go elsewhere!

I also had a poor experience iwth My Publisher…technical problems. To get customer service I had to CC the VP on my Customer Service email before getting uick and gracious response! Here’s his info, compliments of photoboo!

I’m in the midst of putting together a book using mypublisher. I’ve been working on the book offline and now when I click on the NEXT button to go to the store to purchase, it says must be connected to the internet. I followed the instructions under TO Upload Book for Purchase but nothing seems to help. I lowered my firewall level to low and even added mypublisher website as a trusted site to my Internet Explorer. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi,

I am planning to order a photobook using Shutterfly.
There are a few snaps which look dark in my system itself so do you think these may become even more dark if I use shutterfly?
Would it be a better option to change these snaps for other brighter ones?

I tried to create a photobook with the german service http://www.albumdruck.de for my family. I tought it would be easier for shipmet. The software was so complicated that i prefere to send it from here to germany…

I just think that MyPublisher is one of the most annoying pieces of software I’ve ever seen.

I published my first of many “year in review” photobooks using http://www.imagestation.com and was really impressed with the customizablity. You can actually change the size and layout, add captions and photos anywhere you like, pick different background colors – all very basic things that I think any decent photo album software ought to have, but which apparently is incredibly rare.

My book arrived, and it was gorgeous.

I LOVE the Archver’s photobooks. They have an online photobook printing service. I love it because you can completely download the software…enabling me to work off line. Downside: your book can only have 40 pages. But I LOVE the layout and captioning options. I’m not too picky about book quality, it seems on par to me and comprable to others I’ve seen. You can try it yourself by downloading teh software at: http://www.archiversonline.com/pps/
…or you can pick up a cdrom at any archivers store.
