Scene: eating sandwiches in the kitchen.
Son: Dad.
Me: Yeah?
Son: I just pulled a yellow thing out of my ear.
At this point I stop eating and look at him and think about where my feet are lest I step on something unpleasant.
Me: Oh, yeah? What did you do with it?
Son: I put it back.
That works for [...]
Wow, what a day.
6:26am We wake up by being urinated on by The Boy. Good morning. Our 7-day old feather-bed needs to be washed.
8:08am The Boy makes it to the bathroom just in time to pee on me and his clothes again.
9:30am After breakfast, both kids sent to their rooms for fighting.
